Revo is now on iPhone: the new iOS app is out on the App Store. This release also introduces Action Boards for organising action items as a team, a simpler action-first navigation with a unified History, meeting recaps you can shape with your own instructions, pre-meeting briefs, personalised workflow suggestions, and a longer 14-day trial.
Feature highlights
- Revo on iPhone: the new iOS app is available on the App Store. Sign in with your existing account and keep up with your action items, chats and meetings wherever you are. You'll find it in the Install apps launcher, and an Android version is on the way.
- Action Boards: group action items into shared boards that span the whole team. Control who can see each board, let Revo file matching new items onto the right board automatically, and open any item in the same detail view you already know. Boards switch on automatically for teams of three or more, and admins can manage the feature in Settings.
- A simpler, action-first navigation: the sidebar now leads with your work, you can customise which sections appear, settings open in a quick modal, and a unified History brings every past chat and action item into one filterable feed.
- Meeting recaps, your way: add custom instructions that shape every recap, and receive a short pre-meeting brief before your calls so you walk in prepared.
- Workflow suggestions: Revo now proposes workflow starters tailored to how you work, so automating a recurring task starts from a suggestion instead of a blank page.
- Memory in the sidebar: Memory now sits in the main navigation with a tab showing what Revo has learned for you, and editing an entry is always one click away.
- Smarter email drafting: Revo no longer drafts a reply when you've already answered the thread, and emails where you're only CC'd are treated as FYI instead of getting a draft.
- Clearer costs and plans: your credit gauge is now always visible above your profile in the sidebar, the Light plan has been retired, and free trials now run for 14 days.
- Meetings polish: uploads show a progress bar and link you to the meeting when it's ready, meetings that simply weren't recorded are no longer flagged as failures, original calendar titles are kept alongside AI-generated ones, and @mentioning a meeting in chat shows a rich preview card so similar meetings are easy to tell apart.
- Claude Sonnet 5 joins the model picker, and Revo's connector for Claude and other AI assistants can now create and update action items, save memories and documents, and switch between your workspaces.
How you will benefit
- Stay on top of your work from your phone with the new iOS app.
- Organise action items as a team on shared boards instead of individual lists.
- Find any past chat or action item in seconds with one unified, filterable History.
- Walk into meetings prepared, and get recaps written exactly how you like them.
- Fewer unwanted email drafts, and a clearer view of what you're spending.
- Try everything with a full 14-day trial.
Example
Before your Monday customer call, Revo sends you a short brief. After the call, the recap follows your custom instructions and the follow-up lands on your team's Customer Success board, where a teammate picks it up. On the train home you open the iOS app, check the item's progress, and answer Revo's question right from your phone.
