June 1 - June 15, 2026
Build automations just by describing them to Revo in chat, plus a bigger Action Items experience — a dedicated list, items shown inside meetings, teammate hand-offs, your own instructions, and automatic recovery when a step fails. New 'Revo needs you' alerts, an Advanced thinking toggle, an Install apps launcher with custom tool connections, smarter multi-address email replies, and more control over your account and privacy.
Feature highlights
- Build automations just by asking — describe a repeatable task to Revo in chat (for example, "every Monday, summarise last week's customer calls and post it to Slack") and Revo builds the workflow, lets you fine-tune it in plain language, and switches it on. No setup screens or rules to wire up by hand.
- A more powerful Action Items experience — a dedicated list to work through everything in one place, the action items from a meeting shown right on the meeting itself, the option to hand any item off to a teammate, and a place to add your own instructions before Revo runs with it.
- Chat on any action item, and let Revo recover on its own — open a full conversation on an item to ask questions, refine the plan, or change direction, with clearer statuses throughout. And if a step fails partway through, Revo now picks itself back up and offers a clear next step instead of getting stuck.
- 'Revo needs you' alerts — when Revo finishes a task or needs your input, you get a gentle heads-up even when you're in another tab: an in-app message, an optional sound, a desktop notification, and a count badge so nothing important slips by.
- Advanced thinking, on demand — a new per-conversation toggle lets you ask Revo to think more deeply on complex requests, trading a little speed for more thorough work.
- Connect your own tools and apps — a new Install apps launcher makes adding the Chrome extension, Slack, and more a one-click job, and you can now securely connect your own custom tools to Revo. Revo also works as a connector inside Claude and other AI assistants, so you can reach your workspace from the tools you already use.
- Smarter email replies — if you send from more than one address, Revo now replies from the exact address the message arrived on, and we fixed a glitch that could add your signature twice in Gmail and Outlook drafts.
- Meetings and onboarding polish — the public meeting-sharing page now looks great on mobile, connecting a notetaker pulls in up to 30 days of your past meetings, and onboarding is smoother with clearer first-time screens and colour-blind-friendly status colours.
- More control over your account — keep full access to your chat history even if your subscription lapses, delete your account once you no longer belong to any workspace, choose whether Revo draws on publicly available information about you, and see the trial banner disappear the moment you add a payment method.
How you will benefit
- Turn recurring busywork into set-and-forget automations just by describing them — no technical setup.
- Run your day from a single Action Items list, hand work off to teammates, and steer each task with a quick chat.
- Never miss the moment Revo needs you, even when you're heads-down somewhere else.
- Bring your own tools into Revo, and take Revo with you into the AI assistants you already use.
- Emails go out from the right address and without duplicated signatures.
- Stay in control of your account, your privacy, and your billing.
Example
You tell Revo in chat to "send me a digest of every customer call each Friday", and it builds and switches on the workflow on the spot. Midweek, a 'Revo needs you' alert pops up: an action item from this morning's meeting is ready. You open it, chat to adjust the approach, add a quick instruction, then hand it to a teammate to take over — all without leaving the page.
