Reporting an incident

While the API is in early access, every integration has a direct line to us. Use it: book a call, or reply on the thread you already have with us. There is no queue and no ticket form in front of it.

Security and compliance

Certifications, controls and sub-processors are published continuously in the trust center, which is live today.

Known gaps

The roadmap section of the documentation lists what the API cannot do yet, including the ones we get asked about most. It is kept honest rather than aspirational.
