May 4 - May 18, 2026
Public meeting sharing, relationship-aware tone of voice, on-demand drafts in the Gmail extension, external meeting imports by upload or sync (Fireflies, tl;dv, Fathom — Granola and Google Meet coming soon), auto language for summaries, and chat that accepts every file type you'd expect.
Feature highlights
- Public meeting sharing — generate a public link to share any meeting (even with people outside the workspace), regenerate to invalidate the previous link, or revoke instantly. Sensitive fields stay private; public viewers see summary and key details only.
- Tone of voice that knows your relationships — Revo now pulls each recipient's relationship and historical exchanges from memory (frequency, formality, prior threads, role) and adapts drafts accordingly. The same prompt produces a tighter executive ping for one contact and a warmer follow-up for another.
- On-demand drafts in the Gmail extension — new Generate / Re-generate draft button so you can ask Revo for a reply on the spot in Gmail, or refresh the current draft without leaving the message.
- External meeting imports, upload — drop in an audio or video recording of a meeting Revo did not attend live and get the same transcript, summary, and action items as a recorded meeting.
- External meeting imports, sync — pull meetings in automatically from Fireflies, tl;dv, and Fathom. Granola and Google Meet are marked coming soon in settings.
- Better email drafts — drafts now arrive with the full email context: subject line and the complete To / Cc recipient list shown before you send. Your latest drafts also surface on the home page alongside action items.
- Auto language for meetings — new Auto option for meeting summary language. Revo detects the spoken language, produces the summary in that language, and handles translation automatically when needed.
- Chat now accepts every file type you'd expect — thread uploads expanded well beyond the previous whitelist. Drop in PDFs, spreadsheets, slides, code files, archives, transcripts, and more, and Revo treats them as context.
- PDF and upload views in the Google Drive picker — when attaching files via Google Drive you can now pick PDFs and use the upload view, not just native Google Docs.
- Action item email frequency — choose how often you want action item emails: every action, daily digest, weekly digest, or never. Manage at profile → Notifications → Action items.
- Image generation tool for agents — agents can produce images directly (diagrams, mockups, simple visuals) and return them as attachments.
How you will benefit
- Share meeting context with anyone, even people without a Revo account, in one click.
- Drafts feel like you wrote them for that specific person, with the right tone for the relationship.
- Bring external recordings into Revo two ways — upload an audio or video file, or sync straight from Fireflies, tl;dv, or Fathom.
- Chat handles anything you throw at it, from PDFs and slides to code files and archives.
- Meetings in any language are summarised in that language, with translation handled for you.
Example
You sync a recent customer call from Fireflies. Revo drafts a follow-up email in your tone, picking up on the warm, long-running relationship with that customer. You open the draft in Gmail, tap Re-generate for a slightly shorter version, then generate a public share link to the call so they can revisit the discussion.
