The daily digest has been rebuilt end to end: an agent now decides what deserves your morning while code fills in every date, count and link from the real record, it leads with the two or three things to move today, and it can read your connected tools so a morning spent in pull requests no longer looks like a quiet one. Routine message steps now gather their own data instead of inventing it. The meetings list stays live and stops showing phantom "Scheduled" rows, action items can be reassigned from every view, and plans handed to Claude or ChatGPT now carry the full source material.

Routines can now run on a schedule, filter out the events you don't care about without spending a model call, and call your connected tools directly. The Brain graph comes out of beta as a native Graph tab in Memory. And every action item now carries one plain-English plan that Claude, ChatGPT or Revo can all work from, with Open in Revo actually running it in your chat. Meetings recaps lead with action items, the board scrolls column by column, and an unpaid workspace stays readable instead of locked shut.

Revo is now on Android, and Insights gives you a private read on how you actually work. Action items arrive with a ready-made hand-off prompt you can send straight to Claude, daily and weekly email digests are here, onboarding asks what you want rather than what you use, and Routines, Documents and Meetings all got a substantial polish.

Revo is now on iPhone: the new iOS app is out on the App Store. This release also introduces Action Boards for organising action items as a team, a simpler action-first navigation with a unified History, meeting recaps you can shape with your own instructions, pre-meeting briefs, personalised workflow suggestions, and a longer 14-day trial.

Take full control of Action Items. Create your own, organise them on a new kanban board, set priority and due dates, and get a clear summary the moment Revo finishes a task. Reassigned something by mistake? Undo it in one click. Need a finished item run again? Restore it and Revo re-plans it. Plus action-item reminders now arrive in Slack with quick Skip and Mark-done buttons.

Build automations just by describing them to Revo in chat, plus a bigger Action Items experience — a dedicated list, items shown inside meetings, teammate hand-offs, your own instructions, and automatic recovery when a step fails. New 'Revo needs you' alerts, an Advanced thinking toggle, an Install apps launcher with custom tool connections, smarter multi-address email replies, and more control over your account and privacy.

A major v10.0.0 release: action item chat now submits plans and runs sub-agents, a live activity overlay shows the agent thinking in real time, and you can stop it mid-run. Plus three new notetakers (Google Meet, Granola, Circleback), a rebuilt draft engine, suggested replies, a company glossary, deep-links to action items, Slack auto-deploy to public channels, and source-file downloads.
