Feature highlights

• Revo on Android: the Android app is live on the Play Store. Scan the QR code from onboarding or the Install apps launcher, sign in with your existing account, and keep up with your action items, chats and meetings from any phone.
• Insights: Revo now builds a private portrait of how you work, drawn from your meetings, sent email and action-item follow-through. It reads your communication style, your typical reply time and how much you speak in meetings, and unlocks once there is enough signal. Alongside it, a feed of actionable cards flags a project slipping, a promise coming due, a recurring theme, or intel ahead of a call, and acting on one gets Revo working on it straight away.
• Hand any action item to Claude: every new action item now arrives with a ready-made hand-off prompt, written from everything Revo knows about the task and the people involved. Send the task to Claude or another AI tool, stop it mid-flight, or drag it back out of Done and Revo picks it up again with your prompt intact. Change your instructions and the prompt regenerates itself.
• A home page that leads with you: home opens on a "Welcome" header with your work in the middle column and an insights rail beside it. Action cards are lighter, suggested routines give you a starting point instead of a blank page, and the communication-profile teaser can be dismissed for good.
• Daily and weekly email digests: switch on a morning digest in Settings → Notifications and Revo emails you your recent meetings, upcoming calendar and open opportunities. Daily, weekly, or neither, sent at 8am in your own timezone.
• Onboarding asks what you want, not what you use: the tool picker is replaced by a capabilities screen where you choose what Revo should do for you, spotting action items, joining your calls, tidying your inbox, sending meeting briefs, drafting replies, and those choices configure your settings directly. Revo also scans for anything that still needs attention once you're set up, and generates your workspace logo and notetaker avatar from your domain.
• Choose how Revo shows up in Slack and Teams: after connecting, a new modal asks whether Revo should respond across all channels or only where it is invited. Microsoft Teams is now a first-class install option alongside Slack.
• Routines, redesigned and polished: a rebuilt editor, plus the fixes that were getting in the way. Triggers can be swapped in place rather than deleted, drag-to-reorder works all the way to the end of a chain, the run history tab greys out when there is nothing to show, visibility is editable from the list, and My Routines finally shows the routines you created. Routines also reliably run the model you picked, and routines belonging to departed teammates stop firing.
• Documents you can trust and preview: Google Drive imports are private by default and folder visibility now cascades to everything inside. Spreadsheets, Word files and slides preview inline with the same viewer as chat artifacts, uploads show live progress with an up-front estimate of the credits ingestion will use, and batches are capped at 10 files so a stray folder drop can't run away with them. Each document also shows its own AI processing status.
• Meetings you can rely on: Google Meet joins the external notetakers, pre-meeting briefs arrive in your own timezone and now include web research on external guests, and meetings can ground a chat directly. Calendar sync is markedly steadier too: future events no longer go missing, rate-limited calendars recover on their own, duplicate meeting rows are reconciled, recordings restart when a meeting link lands late, attendees are matched on calendar aliases, and meetings that simply weren't recorded stop being reported as failures.
• Chat and history: Revo now tells you which of your integrations it can reach, History opens chats and action items in a split view with a full-screen chat a click away, and the chats filter leaves action-item threads out of the way. Claude Opus 5 joins the model picker.
• Navigation and small fixes: split "New" buttons across Action Items, Meetings and Documents, Memory in the sidebar by default, Install apps moved beside your name and into Settings, action boards available to every team without a toggle, one shared sort across List, Board and Focused, inline tag creation everywhere you assign work, re-mentioned tasks enriching the existing item instead of duplicating it, and personal tool connections staying in the workspace you added them to.

Example

Monday morning, your digest lands with the week ahead and two promises coming due. You open Revo to a welcome header and a short list of insights, tap the top action item, and send its ready-made prompt straight to Claude. Before your afternoon call, a brief arrives in your timezone with research on the external guest. Afterwards you tag the follow-up inline, drop the recording into Documents where it previews without leaving Revo, and check the whole thing off from your new Android app on the train home.
