Feature highlights

• The digest, rebuilt: an agent now reads your workspace and decides what appears in your daily digest, but every date, count and link printed beside its words is filled in by code from the real record, so a digest can no longer misremember a fact. It opens with the two or three things you should move today, judged against what you're actually trying to achieve, instead of three sections saying the same thing three ways, and the greeting is written to be skimmed rather than dense.
• A digest that knows who it's writing for: it now reads your job title and judges relevance against it, news has to be genuinely recent rather than merely dated, work Revo currently has in hand gets its own place instead of vanishing into a count, and each edition ends with one practical tip about the work you're running.
• Around you, for real this time: the section meant for teammates' decisions and blockers could previously only ever show meetings, because anything owned by a colleague was silently dropped. It now shows the work around you that you're allowed to see, using the same visibility rules as boards, and meetings finally resolve and appear in the digest at all.
• The digest can read your connected tools: strictly read-only, it can never act on your behalf, but a morning spent entirely in pull requests now reads as the working morning it was, with your in-flight PRs part of the picture.
• Digest layout and reliability: each section now has its own visual shape, so the things to move today no longer look identical to a backlog nudge, with the receipt lines (overdue, waiting since) set apart from the headline. Resending a digest works instead of failing after the mail went out, and a news story you've already seen stops reappearing edition after edition.
• Routine message steps gather their own data: an email or message step told to fetch today's calendar, unread emails or open action items now actually fetches them, instead of writing a confident recap from nothing, and when something can't be found it says so rather than improvising. The step's settings now describe what it really does, and on Enterprise each message step gets its own model picker.
• A meetings list you can trust: calendar drafts abandoned before recording no longer sit on "Scheduled" forever, one call no longer shows up twice, and a bot that was never admitted to the call reads as exactly that instead of "Failed to process". Those never-admitted calls are filtered out of the list by default, as a visible filter pill you can remove, and the list now updates live, so a recording that finishes while you're elsewhere is there when you come back, without a refresh. Personal time blocks no longer receive a pre-meeting brief.
• Action items: reassignment now works from every surface, board, list, focused view and the item detail, not just the board. And every plan handed to an external assistant carries a secure link to the item's full context and the complete raw content of its sources, so Claude or ChatGPT works from everything Revo knows instead of excerpts.
• Onboarding and mobile: the first-action screen no longer guesses, it shows your real first action item the moment it exists, and the board tour teaches on a genuine sample task that says out loud it's an example. On a phone, Revo now always loads the latest version instead of a stale build, and onboarding and Actions work properly on mobile.
• Under the hood: Revo's fast model steps up from Gemini 3.5 Flash to Gemini 3.7 Flash, noticeably smarter and cheaper on every call where speed matters.
